Refund Policy

At Start Light Supplies Kuwait, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with the Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law.

Eligible Items:

The item must be in its original condition and packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. The item must also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Timeframe:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on (+965) 9494 2652, within 14 working days and our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and process your refund.

 Condition:

Please note that the item must be in new, unused, sealed, and undamaged condition for it to be eligible for a refund.

 Fees:

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

 Refund Method:

The product to be returned by the customer to Star Light office, for both delivery and store pick up orders. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 1-5 business days to process, depending on your bank.

 Damaged or Faulty Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately on (+965) 9494 2652. The product to be returned by the customer to Star Light office, for both delivery and store pick up orders. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
